Law of Attractions says whatever you put vibrations to yourself(for example,fearful,discourage,etc) that will surely happen or manifest episodically in your circumstances.Thus,people are advise to always think and have Positive Vibrations so that Positive also will manifest or happen...

" Why Don't You Get What You Want?
I'll tell you why - because you want. That is your intent. Doesn't matter what you want, you want; want is the state of your vibration. You are choosing to want. You're not choosing "have". You're not being "happy". You're not being "have". You're being "want". You always want something because that is the nature of your vibration. Want.
What you want - money, items, love - doesn't matter, because they are only symbols - not of satisfaction, happiness, and joy, but of want. When you choose what to think about, what to feel, what to be, you choose "want" because you constantly focus on symbols of what you want.
Put "want" out of your mind. Do you think the law of attraction will "forget" that you want this or that? Are you afraid that if you don't think about what you want, God or the Universe or the Law will set it aside? Guess what ... whatever you believe to be in charge of manifesting, it knows what would make you happy, and what you would enjoy, far, far more than your conscious mind can know. Your wants don't even come close to what the Law, God, or the Universe can bring you, completely unknown to your conscious mind.
To create "have", focus on what you have. Appreciate what you have. Enjoy what you have. No, it's not going to stop the manifesting process because you already "have" the things those symbols represent; it creates a vibration of "have" and a vibration of "enjoyment". Choose to be satisfied and happy with what you have. Wake up each morning glad to be alive. Focus on everything and anything and find ways of enjoyement. Don't figure out what is "wrong" with it, or what it "needs" to be better, or how to "improve it" .. those are all "want" vibrations. "Wrong" vibrations. "Need" vibrations.
Stop wanting. Start having. "
