Food is what you need to sustain your blood.Thus you must eat the right and proper food so that you will have a Healthy Blood.A healthy blood means a healthy body.
So what is the right and proper food?
The right and proper food are foods that nourishes your body or foods that have nutrients or nutritious foods.
Nutritious foods are foods that have Nutrients.What is Nutrients?Nutrients are substances that nourishes and builds and that gives life and vigor and strength.
What are the nutrients in food? The nutrients in food are the Macronutrients and Micronutrients.
Macronutrients include : Carbohydrates,protein,fats and fiber.
Micronutrients include: Vitamins and Minerals
Thus,if you are malnourish you lack nutrients in your body and the food that you eat lack nutrients.Nutrients or substances that nourishes and builds.
And when you are malnourished- you do not have vigor and strength and life and your body is not being built but instead being destruct because of lack of nutrients in your body.
