Mental Trauma

What is this trauma in a mentally or psychologically sick person?

Trauma is the reminiscent or recollection or remembering what has happen involuntarily and force-ly by the sick mind triggered by a present stimuli.

Stimuli is or are the things that could trigger the remembrance of the trauma consciously and subconsciously.Each mentally or psychologically sick person have respective stimuli.For example an upset stomach,crowded areas,being alone or left alone,specific places or rooms,specific activities,specific things or tools or materials,etc.

When this/these stimulus/stimuli triggers the trauma of a mentally sick person Fear and Anxieties appears.

Fear mix with Anxieties is anticipating and expecting danger real and unreal.Thus,the mind get agitated by the this anticipated real or not real danger and the mind got worried and anxious about it.Thus,the mind looses its peace and rest.
